Application Requirements & Procedures 

1. Contact the organizing committee by email to check the latest floor plan.

2. Review the floor plan and select your preferred booth locations. All subsquent applications will be take on a strictly first-come-first-served basis.

3. Fill in the "Exhibit Space Contract", and sign with the official seal stamped on it, then send the scanned copies of both your business license and the contract by email or express to the organizing committee.

4. After receiving the confirmation, the booth fee must be paid by 50% or in full within 3 working days, or the overdue contract will be automatically invalidated. The full amount must be settled before the stipulated date, otherwise the organizing committee has the right to cancel the booth and not refund the paid deposit.

5. After settling the payment, you will receive the Booth Confirmation Letter and Exhibitor's Guide.

*Do not display or sell any counterfeits or shaddy products. Do not display products which are not recorded in your contract.

*Do not sublet or transfer booths to any third party. Once found, the organizing committee has the right to disqualify the exhibitor and close the booth.
