If you have no idea what is Xiamen Tea Fair, China Xiamen International Tea Industry Fair 2017 will be held on Oct 12-16 at Xiamen, with 6,3000 m² exhibition area. 3,200 international standard booths has been set in all 8 exhibition halls, and over 1,000 exhibitors from different countires and regions will gather under one roof.

Hotel Accommodation 2017

The price listed below is including 15% service charge, and buffet breakfast for 1-2 people. You can contact the hotel directly by mentioning our company name―"Jinhongxin" or "Xiamen Tea Fair" to enjoy the discounted room rates. Otherwise, you can email us (info@teafair.com.cn ) to make the reservation.

Visa Invitation Application Now Open

The letter is required by some countries when apply for Visa entering China. Please consult the Chinese Embassy or Consulate closest to you.

The application of the letters is opened from mid Jun to early September. The approach generally takes 5 to 10 working days.   After we have finished preparing the invitations, we will promptly send them via email.

For applying for the letter, please first complete Visa Registration and then submit your personal information, and send other required files to info@teafair.com.cn  Please double check your info, make sure all spells and dates are correct. Otherwise, it will take approximentaly 7 working days for correcting.

Important Notice:

1) Any application send after 20th of September will not be ready on time. We strongly remomended everyone who needs a visa to enter China to process the application two months before your departure.

2) People who haven't enter China after they apply the Invitation Letter would not be able to apply Chinese Visa again. If you cannot attend Xiamen Tea Fair after applied the letter, please contact us ASAP so we can contact the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to cancer your application.
